About the Company

Responsibilities

• Produce flagship customer story films, including hero cuts, long versions, and social-native assets
• Own all founder video content, including origin films and interview captures
• Direct cinematography for customer site shoots, founder portraits, and event capture
• Lead motion design and animation for brand assets and product explainers
• Produce product launch films and industry conference recap content
• Develop a recruiting brand archive featuring day-in-the-life videos
• Scope, design, and produce Avoca's owned podcast
• Build and maintain a brand asset library of 200+ photography and video assets

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of multi-disciplinary creative production experience in B2B, documentary, or commercial video
• Proficiency with mirrorless or cinema cameras (Sony FX, Canon C-series, RED, ARRI)
• Deep motion design expertise in Adobe After Effects; Cinema 4D or Blender preferred
• Strong audio production skills using Logic, Pro Tools, or Descript
• Proven ability to direct non-actors and customers
• Ability to manage end-to-end production sprints and multiple parallel shoots
• Ability to work full-time in-office at the NYC location

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup or agency-led B2B experience
• Demonstrated portfolio across video, cinematography, animation, and podcasting
