Creative Performance Specialist Designer

Responsibilities

• Produce high-impact advertising creatives, including visuals and banners using Photoshop and Figma
• Edit video content using Premiere Pro and CapCut, and create motion graphics with After Effects
• Shoot native smartphone videos and direct colleagues for authentic, engaging video content
• Conduct active market research on high-performing ads across various industries
• Brainstorm and rapidly prototype new ad concepts to test in real-world conditions
• Analyze creative performance data to identify winning trends and iterate on designs
• Collaborate with data teams and agency partners to optimize creative direction

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media creative production for Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Strong understanding of digital advertising performance culture
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, agile environment

• Experience in project management
• Deep knowledge of specific advertising platform dynamics and trends
