Creative Operations Project Coordinator

Rothy’s is a sustainable brand that transforms single-use plastic bottles and ocean-bound marine plastic into signature thread for wardrobe staples. They combine 3D knitting technology and handcrafted assembly to create machine-washable styles while striving for zero waste.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day workflow of the Creative team to ensure projects stay on track
• Manage weekly agendas, hot lists, and creative review meeting updates
• Maintain and update project timelines and workflows in Wrike
• Assist with invoicing, budget tracking, and seasonal planning dates
• Organize and maintain Marketing Google Drive, DAM systems (Canto, Dropbox), and digital assets
• Support photoshoot and production logistics, including product sample management and inventory
• Coordinate sample requests across Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Influencer teams
• Provide on-set support including catering and general production needs
• Track post-production workflows and conduct image quality control
• Partner with the design team to assist with overflow work across email, site, paid social, and retail

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in creative operations or project coordination
• Experience working with creative or marketing teams, preferably in retail or DTC
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
