About the role
Responsibilities
- Run the end-to-end production engine for growth creative, managing the pipeline from brief through delivery
- Produce social-first content for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with creators and production partners in Spain
- Partner with the Creative Strategist to translate creative ambition into executable production plans
- Own ad trafficking, asset hygiene, and creative metadata classification
- Lead and collaborate with a content administration team
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate workflows and asset versioning
- Manage vendors, budgets, and third-party production costs
Requirements
- 4+ years of production experience (agency or in-house) with a focus on social-first and performance creative
- Proven track record managing high-volume, always-on content pipelines
- Hands-on familiarity with ad trafficking and creative classification in Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Understanding of social-first creative formats and hooks
- Experience working with creators and managing external production partners
- People leadership experience managing coordinators or admins
- Network of creators, editors, and production partners in Spain
- Proficiency in Spanish and English
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
