Creative Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Own project setup and campaign infrastructure including project records, folder structures, and documentation
• Create and maintain project briefs, review documents, and deliverable trackers
• Maintain accurate project data in Airtable and perform ongoing audits
• Coordinate creative review logistics, including scheduling, feedback tracking, and stakeholder distribution
• Manage creative assets across Frame.io, Google Drive, and other systems
• Coordinate on-set photography operations and production milestones
• Manage vendor operations including onboarding, scope requests, and invoice routing
• Partner with Content teams to monitor production schedules and asset availability
• Support delivery operations and project close-out
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and recurring project updates

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a coordinator or team assistant in an agency, studio, or entertainment creative team
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail in asset management and timelines
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Working knowledge of Airtable (views, automations, linked records, and formulas) preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
