Creative Next Gen IA Video & Design

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt visual and video assets for Digital Marketing campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Pitch and prototype new creative formats based on social platform insights
• Use AI tools to accelerate delivery of visuals, copy, and subtitles
• Build quick-turnaround visual variants for creative testing
• Design impactful video assets and static visuals from key visuals to thumbnails
• Organize and maintain asset libraries across Figma, LucidLink, and Cloudinary

Requirements

• 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, or content creation
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Design, Communication, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and generative AI
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Based in Madrid
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with After Effects or CapCut
• Advanced AI prompting skills
• Experience with A/B testing and performance-driven design
