Creative Multimedia Designer

Responsibilities

• Design visual assets for digital learning, including graphics, icons, illustrations, and layouts
• Create motion graphics and instructional videos using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Translate storyboards and scripts into engaging multimedia learning content
• Build templates and visual elements for tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise
• Collaborate with instructional designers and developers to ensure strong visual storytelling
• Utilize AI-assisted creative tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or Runway to accelerate production
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and attention to detail

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, or digital media production
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
• Strong graphic design skills with a solid understanding of visual storytelling and layout
• Hands-on experience creating motion graphics and animated videos
• Ability to translate scripts or storyboards into clear visual experiences
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media Arts, or a related field
• A portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphics, motion design, and video work
