Creative Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate new creative approaches for product growth
• Manage the full creative lifecycle from initial concept to production launch and subsequent testing
• Formulate clear briefs and tasks for designers and the production team to meet specific marketing goals
• Evaluate creative effectiveness by analyzing performance data and identifying hypotheses for future iterations
• Conduct regular analysis of internal and competitor creatives to identify winning solutions and new trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing focus and drive overall product results

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in marketing (e.g., Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, SMM, or Marketing Designer) in a results-driven role
• Strong ability to think broadly, generate unconventional ideas, and test them effectively
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
• Deep awareness of social media trends and a keen sense of what engages global audiences
• Ability to adapt and scale creatives to improve performance and efficiency
• Capacity to critically evaluate ideas and refine them based on quantitative metrics
