About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the video production process including idea generation, visual concepts, and scriptwriting
- Collaborate with designers to provide clear briefs for motion graphics and interface animations
- Partner with User Acquisition managers to analyze creative performance (CTR, CR) and iterate quickly
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in creative marketing or creative strategy for digital products
- Proven experience briefing designers and understanding visual communication principles
- Strong performance mindset with knowledge of Meta Ads and video structures (hook, body, CTA)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with mobile applications
- Understanding of EdTech or AI product specifics
- Proficiency with AI tools for graphic or video generation
