Responsibilities
- Work with designers, marketers, and product managers to launch new ideas quickly and with high quality
- Prepare briefs for designers
- Monitor news and trends in the niche to create modern and relevant creatives that attract attention
- Conduct and moderate brainstorms, actively participating in team discussions and idea generation
- Evaluate creative performance and propose improvements or iterations
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in Creative Marketing or Content Marketing
- English proficiency at B1+ level
- Successful cases of implementing creative projects
- Basic understanding of marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC)
- Systematic and structured approach to work
- Independence and readiness for new challenges
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in scriptwriting
- Passion for storytelling
