Creative Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt marketing creatives for game launches and live operations, including static, video, and social media assets
• Support the end-to-end creative production process from brief intake to final delivery
• Coordinate with game teams, external vendors, and agencies to ensure high-quality asset delivery
• Develop quick concepts, mockups, and visual references to support creative ideation
• Monitor top-performing games and creative trends to inform future strategies
• Improve creative workflows and production efficiency through data and feedback

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Artist, ideally in the games industry
• Strong visual design fundamentals in composition, color, typography, and layout
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Strong understanding of brand communication and gaming industry visual trends
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an English-speaking environment
• Portfolio or examples of work required

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Design or equivalent training in graphic art
• Experience creating creatives for top-performing or large-DAU mobile games
• Familiarity with Japanese, Korean, and other Asian gaming markets
