Responsibilities
- Build and iterate on creative hypotheses based on data analysis
- Analyze successful creative elements from top performance marketing players to strengthen internal approaches
- Track news and trends within the Health & Wellness niche
- Test ideas for new marketing funnels
- Work within a cross-functional team including designers and growth managers
Requirements
- English C1 proficiency
- Proven track record of working with Tier-1 markets on large budgets in Meta or TikTok
- Deep understanding of cultural codes and psychology of Tier-1 users
- Genuine passion for the Health & Wellness industry
- Customer-centric mindset
