Creative Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the entire creative production cycle from concept through execution
• Generate original, user-focused ad concepts across multiple angles and formats
• Build and maintain a hypothesis backlog to validate, iterate, and scale winning assets
• Brief designers and video editors, manage priorities, and review output quality
• Analyze creative performance data including CTR, CPC, CPP, and CVR to drive decisions
• Monitor market trends, competitor creatives, and platform updates
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UA, product, and analytics teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in creative marketing within mobile apps or consumer tech
• Proven track record of high-performing ad creatives in paid social, specifically Meta
• Strong understanding of creative testing methodologies and scaling assets
• Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data
• Ability to structure the creative process from hypothesis to iteration
• Experience writing scripts, briefs, and ad copy in English (B2+)
• Self-starter mentality comfortable in fast-moving environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in health, wellness, self-improvement, or habit-building niches
• Experience with Google or TikTok in addition to Meta
• Familiarity with UGC formats and creator briefing
