Responsibilities
- Own creative strategy across specific product angles such as Fashion or Beauty
- Build scalable, documented creative production processes from ideation to iteration
- Personally drive creative thinking on priority angles and set the standard for the company
- Hire, onboard, and develop junior/mid Creative Producers and Motion Designers
- Conduct competitor and trend research to distill insights into creative bets
- Own and evolve the internal AI-powered creative pipeline
- Set and enforce clear quality and performance standards for all creatives
Requirements
- 2+ years as Creative Marketing Manager, Creative Producer, or Creative Strategist in high-velocity B2C apps
- Direct ownership of ad performance metrics including CPI, hold rates, and thumbstop rates
- Proven track record of scaling creatives with high win rates
- Hands-on mastery of paid social creative including UGC and vertical video
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools like Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, and CapCut AI
- Data-driven approach to creative decision-making
- Leadership experience in setting vision and developing people
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
