Creative Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction for a new product, defining strategy and building processes
• Create advertising creatives and analyze their performance to drive user acquisition
• Build an automation system for the creative process and implement AI tools
• Monitor the market, generate data-driven hypotheses, and evaluate test results
• Initiate new tests and scale successful concepts
• Hire and develop a team of creative marketers and designers
• Participate in product brainstorms and internal creative sessions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in creative or performance marketing
• 1+ year of experience in people management (hiring, development, feedback)
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC)
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and analyze large volumes of information
• Hands-on approach to building systems from the ground up
• Experience with or openness to using AI tools in the creative process
• Highly structured approach to work to facilitate AI automation
• Proactive mindset and high level of responsibility
