Creative Marketing Design Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design compelling sales and marketing presentations using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, and Ceros
• Translate partnership strategies into high-impact, on-brand creative assets for Global Partnerships
• Develop and maintain branded templates, graphics, and design elements across all marketing platforms
• Partner with Data Analytics to design custom charts, graphs, and data visualizations
• Manage the Global Partnerships asset library, including version control and accessibility
• Collaborate with creative teams across AEG divisions to ensure alignment with brand standards

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related area
• 2-4 years of related experience
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office Suite
• Experience with Ceros, Figma, and PowerPoint
• Proven experience developing sales/marketing collateral and digital graphics
• Experience working within corporate brand guidelines
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Design or Marketing certification
• Experience in photography, video production, or web design
