Creative Marketing Design Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design compelling recap and marketing presentations using Figma, InDesign, Ceros, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Collaborate with Sales and Activation teams to translate strategic partnership goals into visual materials
• Develop and maintain branded templates, graphics, and design elements for marketing and sales platforms
• Partner with Data Analytics to design custom charts, graphs, and data visualizations
• Manage the Global Partnerships asset library, including version control and organization
• Provide training and support to internal teams on the effective use of creative materials

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related area
• 2-4 years of related experience
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Ceros, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite
• Proven experience developing sales/marketing collateral and digital graphics
• Experience working within corporate brand guidelines
• Digital portfolio link is required for consideration

Preferred Qualifications

• Design or Marketing certification
• Experience in photography, video production, or web design
