Creative Marketing & Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity
• Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns for programs and partnerships
• Create high-quality content including presentations, social media, and reports
• Write compelling copy for proposals, announcements, and corporate communications
• Support event communications including branding and onsite visuals
• Contribute to experiential and spatial event design and stage branding
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, and production partners
• Develop digital presence across LinkedIn and company website
• Maintain a structured content calendar

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand communications, or creative direction
• Expert-level proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• Ability to oversee visual design across print and digital formats
• Strong project management and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in event design, branding, or event management
• Knowledge of 3D design tools for concept visualization
• Experience in video editing and multimedia content creation
• Understanding of the Saudi entrepreneurship and business ecosystem
