Creative Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop event themes and guest environments including layouts, lounges, and custom elements
• Lead creative ideation for proposals and build narratives using mood boards and imagery
• Source and recommend interactive activations, entertainment, and specialty experiences
• Design transportation strategies and guest flow for programs ranging from 20 to 5,000+ guests
• Price decor, entertainment, and transportation with margin awareness and budget management
• Partner with Sales and Event Managers to present concepts with clarity and confidence

Requirements

• Experience in experiential design, corporate events, hospitality, or DMC
• Ability to translate client goals into cohesive, end-to-end guest experiences
• Experience building event concepts and presenting visions to clients
• Knowledge of decor, entertainment, activations, and transportation for live events
• Comfort discussing budgets, pricing decisions, and creative trade-offs
• Strong organization and ability to remain calm under pressure
