Creative Lead

Responsibilities

• Direct and shoot high-quality, cinematic video content featuring founders
• Develop video concepts, series, and campaigns aligned with founder narratives
• Execute advanced video editing from raw footage to polished deliverables
• Manage the full video production lifecycle including planning, scripting, and shooting
• Define and maintain the overall creative vision and brand aesthetic
• Provide direction to Multimedia Artists for design and static content execution
• Partner with marketing to align video content with content calendars
• Oversee and guide interns to ensure consistent execution

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in video production, content creation, or creative direction
• Proven experience producing cinematic, high-quality video content
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Must own professional-grade camera and audio equipment
• Ability to work on-site in the Miami area and travel as needed
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling and production quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with startup founders or building personal brands
• Background as a freelancer, content creator, or influencer
• Familiarity with photography and photo editing tools
• Experience managing or mentoring junior creatives
• Understanding of viral content strategies and social media trends
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Canva, or Figma
