Creative Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of designers, providing creative direction, mentorship, and quality oversight for all marketing initiatives.
• Own the end-to-end design function for Marketing, delivering assets for product collaterals, websites, social media, emailers, and event branding.
• Translate marketing strategies and product narratives into engaging visual communication that strengthens brand positioning.
• Drive an AI-first design approach by leveraging generative AI and modern tools to accelerate ideation and scale creative production.
• Establish and maintain design standards, templates, and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and product launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B technology or digital marketing environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital marketing creatives, and modern design systems.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
• Proficiency with AI design tools and generative AI workflows (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Firefly, or ChatGPT).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, motion graphics, and UX principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
