Creative Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute ad strategy from initial brainstorm to final video edit to create high-impact mobile game advertisements
• Act as a player-coach by personally designing and animating advanced motion graphics and video tutorials
• Own the end-to-end creative lifecycle, ensuring all regional assets are delivered on time, on brand, and at the highest quality
• Collaborate with global teams to align on brand standards and adapt global assets for the MENA region
• Implement modern workflows using automation and generative technology to scale production of high-performing ads
• Utilize performance metrics and data-driven insights to iterate on creative concepts and optimize ROI
• Mentor and inspire a small team of designers through direct feedback and technical leadership

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, specifically within mobile gaming or performance marketing
• Fluency in both English and Arabic, with the ability to write and review culturally resonant creative copy
• Expert-level proficiency in professional video editing and design software
• Strong hands-on skills in motion graphics, video production, and gameplay recording
• Proven experience using generative technology and automation to enhance creative workflows
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead teams while working effectively with global partners
• A strong portfolio showcasing both strategic thinking and high-quality technical execution
