Kiss My Apps is a platform company uniting 7 product verticals and 30+ AI-first products, serving over 100 million users. Our products are global leaders in utilities, lifestyle, and health & fitness niches, including AI Remodel, Printer, Botan, and Calorie Counter.

Responsibilities

• Systematically work with creatives to attract new users via paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Conduct creative research by analyzing markets, competitors, social media trends, and niche best practices
• Generate and formulate creative hypotheses based on data, audience insights, and previous test results
• Develop creative concepts for performance campaigns (video, static formats, messaging)
• Prepare structured briefs for designers and production teams including ideas, hooks, and references
• Analyze creative test results using metrics such as CPA, RoAS, and CR
• Research user motivations, pain points, and triggers
• Moderate brainstorms and facilitate the idea generation process within the team
• Collaborate with Design, User Acquisition, and Product Marketing teams

Requirements

• Experience scaling directions through creative strategy and iteration
• Understanding of core creative elements (formats, hooks, messaging)
• Ability to conduct creative and competitive research that translates into top-tier concepts
• High analytical skills with the ability to translate metrics into actionable ideas
• English language proficiency at an Intermediate+ level
