Creative Lead Fellow

Responsibilities

• Pitch concepts daily and ship work weekly
• Write scripts, draft storyboards, and set design direction across video, static, and AI-generated formats
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and motion designers to execute concepts
• Participate in new business pitches and own meaningful sections of the work
• Iterate quickly based on performance data and real-time feedback

Requirements

• Proven ability to create engaging content (e.g., TikTok, Substack, or spec campaigns)
• Ability to write high-performing hooks and articulate the strategy behind them
• Deep interest in performance creative, including hooks, fatigue, and platform mechanics
• Proficiency with AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ElevenLabs)
• Recent graduate of a design/portfolio program or 1–3 years of audience building experience
• Based in or willing to relocate to New York City for in-person work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience analyzing ad teardowns and market trends
• Strong opinions on the utility of emerging AI technologies
