Creative Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, staging, and Matterport VR scans during professional property and lifestyle shoots
• Capture on-site footage for TikTok to maximize shoot efficiency
• Edit property and lifestyle photos and videos during post-production
• Brainstorm, plan, and execute social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Create videos, graphics, and written posts that align with brand guidelines
• Monitor social media trends and propose creative ideas for TikTok and IG Reels
• Take photos and videos during monthly community events
• Support staging for investor tours and manage staging props inventory

Requirements

• Completed or pursuing an undergraduate degree in design or a related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom
• Video editing and strong visual design skills
• Great spoken and written English
• Creative with an eye for design
• Resourceful with attention to detail
• Flexible and able to deal with ambiguity
• Proactive team player willing to step outside comfort zone

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong passion for social media marketing
• Experience creating video content for IG Reels, TikTok, and/or YouTube
• Comfortable appearing on camera
