Responsibilities

• Own marketing and social media content from ideation to final output
• Lead a creative team consisting of video editors, graphic designers, and AI content specialists
• Generate daily content ideas, angles, and hooks without requiring briefs
• Plan content series and campaigns rather than one-off posts
• Write hooks, captions, scripts, ad copy, and CTAs in both English and devotional Hindi
• Set quality standards for reels, static posts, and advertisements
• Drive performance metrics including views, shares, watch-through rates, and ROAS

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience
• Proven experience working with D2C brands
• Portfolio including commercial reels that have crossed 1 million views
• Ability to write high-converting hooks and ad copy on the spot
• Experience leading and directing a creative team
• Strong command of short-form content and brand social account scaling
• Experience with paid ads (static and video)
• Fluency in English and Hindi copywriting
