Creative Gen AI Specialist

Responsibilities

• Architect automated pipelines using node-based workflows and AI agents
• Scale creative production for video ads and social assets using AI-generated characters and motion
• Train and apply LoRAs and fine-tune models for brand and character consistency
• Integrate AI models via APIs and custom scripts into internal DAM and UGC tools
• Deploy AI agents for rapid localization and asset optimization based on real-time data
• Conduct R&D to test new image, video, and audio AI releases

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in Midjourney, Flux, Runway, Kling, Veo, and ElevenLabs
• Proven ability to build multi-step generation chains and scalable prompt systems
• Experience with AI lip-syncing, face-audio alignment, and localization pipelines
• Strong understanding of software fundamentals, AI-assisted coding, databases, and API integrations
• Passion for experimenting with emerging AI models and techniques
