About the role
Responsibilities
- Convert rough concepts into compelling video narratives
- Script, storyboard, shoot, and edit video content end-to-end
- Create both short-form and long-form video content
- Add motion graphics and visual polish to final outputs
- Collaborate closely with founders and the team on creative direction
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional video content creation experience
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Experience shooting with DSLR or mirrorless cameras
- Strong storytelling and pacing instincts
- A portfolio demonstrating independently executed projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with 3D motion graphics
- Experience creating content for YouTube or within a startup environment
