About the Company

Melius is building the creative canvas for agents. We’re creating a new category of AI-native creative tooling: a collaborative workspace where humans and agents generate, edit, and orchestrate images and videos together.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly workshops with enterprise creative teams to elevate their output
• Craft demo canvases and workflows that showcase the platform's capabilities
• Push frontier models to their limits to stay ahead of generative tooling trends
• Translate customer learnings and feedback into product and engineering direction
• Author educational guides and walkthroughs for customers

Requirements

• Hands-on fluency with generative AI models and techniques
• Creative background in film/TV, animation, design, fashion, or motion
• Proficiency with tools like Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, Figma, or Blender
• Strong communication skills with experience teaching or leading workshops
• High attention to detail and a discerning creative eye
