Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable end-to-end creative workflows to maximize asset throughput and minimize bottlenecks.
• Build and manage an "AI-first" creative stack using generative AI for rapid storyboarding, copy variations, and automated extensions.
• Set the visual and verbal identity for the brand to ensure resonance with technical B2B buyers and C-suite stakeholders.
• Lead the conceptual development of integrated campaigns, ensuring consistency from brand awareness to low-funnel ads.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of copywriters, designers, and videographers, as well as a network of specialized contractors.
• Partner with Paid Media teams to analyze performance data and optimize creative assets based on CTR and CPA metrics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of creative experience, with at least 5 years specifically in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of building and leading Design Ops or Creative Ops functions.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Proficiency in Asana for project management and workflow orchestration.
• Strong data literacy with the ability to interpret media reports and performance dashboards.
• Forward-thinking familiarity with Generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Jasper, or ChatGPT.
