Creative Director (Web)

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of high-impact marketing websites and immersive digital experiences
• Bridge the gap between interaction design and strategic marketing
• Maintain uncompromising standards of visual excellence, typography, and layout
• Provide hands-on leadership by working directly in design files and Figma
• Partner with strategists to ensure web experiences meet business KPIs
• Explore AI-enabled workflows to enhance web design and prototyping

Requirements

• 10+ years of digital design experience with a focus on marketing websites and microsites
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Portfolio demonstrating high-end, Awwwards-caliber web design and motion sensibilities
• Deep expertise in UI/UX principles and site architecture
• Technical understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, and WebGL
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong ability to present creative work to clients and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with prototyping tools like Protopie or Principle
