Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Lead creative development from initial strategy and concept through execution
• Manage and mentor cross-functional creative teams, including art directors, copywriters, designers, and producers
• Collaborate with account and strategy teams to ensure alignment with client goals and consumer insights
• Present creative work with authority, clarity, and passion to internal stakeholders and clients
• Oversee multiple projects, balancing hands-on concepting with high-level direction
• Champion innovation, collaboration, and creative excellence throughout the agency

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of agency experience with a track record of successful creative leadership
• Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams through complex campaigns
• Strong portfolio demonstrating idea-driven, integrated work
• Excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and navigate feedback with diplomacy and vision
• Deep understanding of emerging media, culture, and creative technologies
