Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision for assigned accounts, ensuring powerful and relevant ideas with impeccable execution
• Direct and mentor the creative team, including art directors, copywriters, and designers
• Present and defend creative concepts to clients clearly and strategically
• Collaborate with strategic planning, accounts, and production teams
• Maintain creative quality standards across all pieces and campaigns
• Stay ahead of cultural, digital, and communication trends

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in agency creative roles
• 3+ years in creative leadership positions (Creative Director, ACD, or similar)
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Advertising, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
• Robust portfolio showcasing 360° campaigns and digital work
• Solid experience with digital platforms and social media (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
• Proven ability to present ideas to C-level executives
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint)
• Advanced English fluency (indispensable)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AI tools applied to creativity (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly)
