Creative Director - Visual Design

Responsibilities

• Develop bold, conceptual ideas that turn strategy into visually stunning, emotionally resonant digital experiences.
• Lead and mentor a team of UI designers, fostering growth, collaboration, and creative excellence.
• Play a key role in new business efforts by crafting compelling design narratives and bringing creative magic to pitches and proposals.
• Own the visual design vision across engagements, setting creative standards, design principles, and quality benchmarks.
• Provide creative governance and escalation support across client accounts and delivery teams.
• Work hands-on across all phases of product development, from creative ideation and concepting to launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with strategy, UX, and tech teams to push creative thinking and deliver standout work.

Requirements

• A high-craft portfolio showcasing visually striking design and a proven track record in leading creative strategies across diverse brands and digital platforms.
• Proven experience leading creative on pitches and converting new business opportunities.
• Experience managing and upskilling high-performance design teams.
• Expert-level skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools and AI-enabled workflows to enhance the design and production process.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to drive ideation alongside cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing and pitch environments.
• Experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments and with distributed delivery teams.
