Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Own the visual identity and creative direction across the website, company merchandise, and photography assets
• Develop concept-to-delivery creative for product films, launch videos, demo reels, and motion assets
• Lead video content production including storyboarding, scripting, filming, directing, and editing
• Manage the Design Language System assets, media kits, and campaign-specific iconography
• Design physical touchpoints such as beta program welcome kits, packaging, and printed materials
• Partner with engineering and product teams to translate technical features into intuitive visual assets
• Manage creative vendors including production crews, animators, and designers

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in creative direction, visual design, or film/video at a high-growth startup or agency
• A world-class portfolio showcasing expertise in brand, video, motion, and design
• Deep expertise in video production (storyboarding, cinematography, directing, and editing)
• Strong graphic design skills including layout, typography, color, and brand systems
• Ability to execute high-quality work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to create content that blends technical clarity with emotional resonance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or evolving a brand from zero-to-one
• Motion design and animation skills (After Effects, Blender, etc.)
• Experience designing physical or packaging experiences
• Passion for robotics, AI, or emerging hardware technologies
• Experience managing or mentoring other creative professionals
