About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision for integrated campaigns for outdoor, retail, and CPG brands
- Develop creative strategies for marketing, advertising, and branding campaigns
- Foster and maintain senior-level relationships with clients as a strategic partner
- Inspire and motivate creative teams to produce high-quality work
- Oversee and monitor copywriters, designers, and other creative staff
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure deadlines are met
- Present creative work to clients and manage the feedback and approval process
- Mentor team members to encourage professional growth and development
Requirements
- 7-15 years of experience in the advertising or marketing industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Cursory knowledge of After Effects
- Strong sense of typography, color theory, and composition
- Experience in large-scale campaign work and video production for global brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong artistic sense for visual and linguistic concept generation
