Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive rebrand of PolyAI, including positioning, visual identity, brand voice, and design systems.
• Build and manage an AI-forward creative team, utilizing generative AI tools to accelerate production and prototyping.
• Develop scalable brand guidelines and component libraries to ensure consistency across a global organization.
• Own creative expression across all touchpoints, including the website, product UI, sales collateral, and event presence.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Executive leadership to translate technical AI capabilities into compelling narratives.
• Establish creative operations, including briefing processes, asset management, and production workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in brand design, creative direction, or integrated marketing.
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role, with experience managing distributed or remote teams.
• Proven track record of leading a rebrand or brand transformation for a B2B technology or SaaS company.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Hands-on experience integrating generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) into creative workflows.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and executional range across digital and brand systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a voice AI, conversational AI, or contact center technology company.
• Background in enterprise CX, fintech, or hospitality verticals.
• Experience in motion design or video direction.
• Experience creating assets for analyst relations (e.g., Gartner, Forrester).
