Creatify is building the world’s first end-to-end AI advertising agent—a platform that automates the entire video ad lifecycle, from scripting and avatar-led generation to testing, optimization, and publishing across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
Responsibilities
- Own creative strategy for paid social video ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube focused on CTR, CPA, and ROAS
- Develop ad concepts including hooks, angles, narratives, and formats for rapid testing
- Write platform-native scripts built for social engagement
- Manage and mentor a small, high-output creative team
- Act as the creative face of Creatify to key clients, presenting strategies and pitching concepts
- Design AI-powered workflows to supercharge production speed and creative variation
- Build repeatable creative frameworks and playbooks for scaling production
- Use performance data to iterate on creative assets
Requirements
- 3+ years in creative direction, paid social advertising, or agency-side performance creative
- Strong conceptual thinking regarding hooks and messaging
- Deep fluency in social-first ad formats and user behavior on major platforms
- Data-aware approach to guiding creative decisions
- Experience managing creative teams in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools and prompting
Preferred Qualifications
- Ex-creative agency owner or co-founder experience
