Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution and execution of Peregrine’s brand strategy and shape the company’s first brand campaigns
• Partner with product marketing, growth marketing, and leadership to position the responsible AI platform
• Lead and mentor a team of designers and agency partners
• Oversee the full brand system, including visual identity, motion, digital, and environmental design
• Concept, design, and art-direct emotionally resonant campaigns across advertising, recruiting, and events
• Serve as a key brand advisor to the executive team to translate business goals into compelling creative work
• Manage multiple projects end-to-end with strong prioritization and cross-functional communication

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in art direction and brand design
• Proven track record in top-tier creative agencies and high-growth in-house environments
• Portfolio showcasing mastery in branding, interactive web/mobile design, video, and integrated marketing for complex technology
• Ability to translate complex concepts like data governance into innovative branding experiences
• Experience building and leading high-performance creative teams in fast-paced environments
• Located in New York City and willing to come into the office 4x/week
