Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Own the global creative vision and brand consistency across all marketing assets, including digital, social, OOH, and physical experiences.
• Lead and scale an in-house creative studio comprising design, copy, video, and animation professionals.
• Integrate creative strategy with business objectives, ensuring assets drive conversion and address customer pain points.
• Champion generative AI innovation to operationalize tools for rapid prototyping, ideation, and asset generation.
• Partner cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Sales, and regional teams to execute persona-centric campaigns.

Requirements

• 10+ years of creative leadership experience with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Proven experience scaling creative operations through significant company growth phases.
• Expertise in developing multi-channel, integrated campaigns for global brands.
• Experience working within B2B SaaS, travel/hospitality, or consumer lifestyle industries.
• Ability to balance high-level brand prestige with the speed of a social-first, high-output environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced environments such as newsrooms, agencies, or social-first creative shops.
• Background in design-forward brands (e.g., Airbnb, Stripe, Figma, or Notion).
• Proficiency in using AI-driven tools to enhance creative workflows and efficiency.
