Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the overall creative vision and strategic direction for the Cairo studio
• Lead the ideation and execution of integrated creative campaigns across brand, digital, and social
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 20+ creatives
• Build and nurture trust-based relationships with senior clients across the Gulf region
• Spearhead and win new creative pitches from strategic framing to final presentation
• Partner with producers to maintain quality standards within timeline and budget requirements
• Champion the integration of AI-powered creative tools into the studio workflow

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in creative direction within a digital agency or production company
• At least 5 years of direct experience working with GCC clients
• Deep understanding of Gulf market culture and consumer sensibilities
• Proven track record of winning new business pitches
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams including art directors and copywriters
• Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in leading creative tools and emerging AI technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with major brands in FMCG, financial services, or government sectors
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Arts, or a related discipline
