About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Generative AI tools including Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, and Adobe Firefly to accelerate asset creation
- Oversee the creation of high-end 3D/CGI assets and virtual photography
- Direct diverse global creative teams using a follow-the-sun production model
- Design creative frameworks for massive scale and efficient localization across multiple markets
- Act as the primary creative partner for client marketing and R&D teams in Japan
- Translate client philosophy into modern digital narratives for tech-savvy audiences
Requirements
- 10+ years of creative leadership experience
- Strong experience using AI in daily workflows (prompting, model training)
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Proficiency discussing Unreal Engine, Unity, and API integrations
- Portfolio demonstrating both big-picture thinking and high-end digital execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of automotive aesthetics and vehicle cinematography
- Experience working with automotive and tech clients
