Responsibilities

• Set the creative bar across brand, web, campaigns, events, social, video, and sales materials.
• Translate complex AI, agent orchestration, and national security concepts into clear visual systems.
• Build AI-native creative workflows using frontier models and AI design tools to create repeatable prompts, templates, and kits.
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams on demand generation, ABM, and product design direction.
• Build and manage a flexible bench of freelance designers and specialists.
• Oversee product visual support including icons, diagrams, and app imagery.

Requirements

• 8+ years in creative, brand design, or art direction within high-growth tech, AI, or B2B SaaS.
• A portfolio demonstrating range across brand, campaign, web, social, and video.
• Advanced daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, etc.).
• Experience with creative coding and prototyping using tools like Figma, Cursor, or v0.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands-on motion and video production skills (Premiere, After Effects).
• Experience building and managing a freelance or contractor bench.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in defense, national security, or highly regulated industries.
• Experience with ABM, demand generation, or full-funnel B2B campaigns.
• Experience with web tools like Webflow or Framer.
• Experience building machine-readable brand guidance or AI brand kits.
