Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Creative Vision across all marketing, photography, video, campaigns, product launches, digital, retail, events, and packaging
• Originate and champion big ideas and campaign concepts from the ground up
• Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary in-house creative team including art direction, design, copy, and production
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across every expression of the brand
• Partner closely with the CMO, Product, and Marketing teams to translate brand strategy into compelling creative work
• Optimize team structure, workflow, processes, and tools to enable efficient production
• Champion AI, automation, and new ways of working to drive creative engine effectiveness
• Manage functional budget including annual planning, spend tracking, and month-end close out
• Scale Fellow's internal content creation engine

Requirements

• 15+ years of creative experience, with 5+ years as a seasoned Creative Director
• Expertise in creative and content development across marketing, digital, retail, product, and packaging
• Ability to art direct photo, video, and design from concept through execution
• Strong leadership skills to manage, motivate, and develop internal teams and external partners
• Excellent operational skills including planning, budgeting, and project management
• Ability to be both a strategic leader and a hands-on practitioner
• Champion of AI, automation, and innovation in creative workflows
