- Manage and empower the creative team through mentorship, fostering professional growth and autonomy
- Drive innovation in healthcare marketing by staying ahead of industry trends and setting new standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex client challenges and drive consumer behavior
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in digital, print, traditional, and trade marketing
- 2+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, with drug launch experience highly valued
- Deep understanding of therapeutic industry standards, disease state science, and legal/regulatory restrictions
- Proven ability to manage and supervise creative teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic and high-quality creative work
