Responsibilities

• Set the craft bar by acting as the creative quality gate and coaching designers to raise their standards
• Own brand and digital design, leading brand campaigns, web experiences, and digital touchpoints
• Build system-level projects including design guidelines, campaign toolkits, and presentation systems
• Direct and develop the design team through specific, teachable art direction
• Partner across marketing functions including product marketing, demand gen, and field marketing to translate briefs into creative work

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio in brand, digital, and campaign work
• Proven experience leading creative teams and working on brand systems at scale
• Exceptional design craft with deep knowledge of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Strong web design sensibility and understanding of digital experience interaction and content hierarchy
• Expert proficiency in Figma
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in London

• Experience with After Effects
• CSS awareness
• Experience with prototyping tools
