About the role
Responsibilities
- Evolve and execute Applied Intuition’s brand language across digital and physical touchpoints, including websites, products, and large-scale global events.
- Collaborate with the Head of Design and Marketing to build a bold and unique brand identity.
- Manage, lead, and grow the brand design team.
- Conceptualize and produce a wide range of marketing collateral, such as campaigns, websites, swag, and print materials.
- Elevate presentation resources for global sales and product teams.
- Assist executive leadership with producing engaging communications for internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience driving visionary work in brand design and art direction.
- 5+ years of experience managing, leading, and growing exceptional design teams.
- A world-class design portfolio that demonstrates the ability to up-level a brand.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to present work to founders and executive leadership.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior work experience at a high-growth startup.
