Responsibilities

• Set and evolve Boulevard’s creative vision across all channels and touchpoints
• Translate brand strategy into high-impact creative for campaigns, digital, social, and web
• Build and scale a high-performing in-house creative team across design, copy, and video
• Operate as a player-coach, providing hands-on direction while mentoring the team
• Own and evolve the visual identity system to ensure it is differentiated and scalable
• Partner with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen teams
• Manage external agencies, freelancers, and production partners
• Integrate AI-powered tools into creative workflows to increase speed and scale

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, ideally in B2B SaaS
• 5+ years leading multidisciplinary creative teams
• Strong strategic instincts connecting creative decisions to business outcomes
• Exceptional taste in visual storytelling and design systems
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools and workflows
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, and Unbounce
• Experience in video and motion formats
