Artsy and Artnet have joined forces, bringing together the art world’s two most important online destinations under shared leadership and vision. Together, Artsy and Artnet attract over 7 million monthly visitors across 190+ countries and reach over 9 million followers across social channels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the evolution of Artsy and Artnet’s brand and visual identity across all customer touchpoints
  • Develop scalable creative systems and design frameworks to enable efficient execution
  • Shape and articulate broader brand strategy, including positioning and storytelling
  • Partner with Product, Growth Marketing, and Content teams to bring the brand to life
  • Lead and grow a small creative team, including brand designers and contractors
  • Build AI-enabled workflows to improve team clarity and speed
  • Concept and plan integrated campaigns across digital, print, video, social, and experiential media

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading brand and visual identity for consumer-facing companies or agencies
  • Proven track record of leading brand-building initiatives from architecture to execution
  • Ability to think in systems and translate creative judgment into scalable frameworks
  • AI-native approach to creative production and automation
  • Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional partners and stakeholders
  • Experience working in both in-house and agency environments
  • Authorized to live and work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the art, fashion, marketplace, editorial, or media landscapes
  • Experience developing high-impact experiential or environmental campaigns
