Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Guide and set the creative direction for the team annually
• Lead the development of creative concepts and campaign ideas
• Provide creative leadership and mentorship to junior team members
• Collaborate with strategic planning, account management, and influencer management teams
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution from ideation to delivery
• Design and oversee KOL content plans
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance campaign ideation and content creation
• Analyze campaign outcomes and recommend improvements
• Manage team capacity and maintain a freelance network

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in creative planning, influencer marketing, or digital campaign management
• At least 3 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record in executing influencer-driven creative campaigns
• Solid understanding of KOL/influencer ecosystems (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in Thai and English
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
